1. Please confirm scanner is DOA, monitor for green light on Scanner. If no Green light
check USB connection and or your software application.
2. Call BLM Tier One Support line at 1-800-562-5271 for DOA confirmation.
3. Please place Scanner in the original box it arrived in, along with all original packing
materials, documentation and all accessories and cables that came with the unit. You will be billed for all missing parts, accessories or cables. Please do not write on or mark box.
4. Call 1-800-275-6802 or email to returns@blmtechnology.com to receive your
return RMA#.
5. Please mark the shipping label with return RMA# and return to BLM Technologies, Inc.,

Return for Credit
1. Scanners are only eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
2. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges.
3. Please call 1-800-275-6802 or email returns@blmtechnology.com prior to returning
the unit to receive RMA#.
4. Please place Scanner in the original box it arrived in, along with all original packing
