BLM Technologies Announces Sales Force Expansion, New Offices

MINNEAPOLIS, January 10, 2006 — BLM Technologies, a single source provider of technology consulting and branch automation solutions and services for the retail banking industry, has announced an expansion of its sales force, as well as the opening of new sales offices in Atlanta, Ga., Birmingham, Ala. and Toledo, Ohio. Seasoned professionals with successful backgrounds in selling solutions to banks will staff all offices.
The new employees are: Michael Tilford, Birmingham; Heather Kline, Atlanta; and Kate Boyd, Toledo. Ron Meinhardt, president of BLM Technologies, cites BL's increased banking business over the past two years and the need to effectively handle both existing and future opportunities as reasons for the expansion. "The banking marketplace has been very receptive to our unique approach of being a single source provider of software, hardware and service solutions," he said. "We have a made significant capital investment in our service infrastructure resulting in a more proactive approach to providing service to our customer base."
BLM Technologies' understanding of bank operations, coupled with its almost three decades of experience in the financial services industry, enables them to advise financial institutions on the purchase of products best suited to streamline workflow and enhance customer service.
BLM Technologies has expanded their OEM relationships and now offers a complete line of equipment including printers, scanners, MICR readers and pin pads used on the teller line at retail banking locations.
