BLM Technologies Signs Strategic Reseller Partnership Agreement with Digital Check Corp.

MINNEAPOLIS, May 09, 2006 — Minneapolis-based BLM Technologies, Inc., a single-source provider of technology consulting and branch automation solutions and services for the retail banking industry, announced a strategic reseller and servicing partnership with Northfield, Illinois-based Digital Check Corp., a manufacturer of check scanners worldwide.
"We've seen exponential growth in the use of our products as a result of the Check 21 Legislation in the financial industry and our relationship with BLM has positioned us very well within their respective markets," said Fred Lewter, regional sales manager for Digital Check. "The fact that they are a full-service solutions provider offers financial services customers, like banks and credit unions, a wide variety of service options in areas where BLM has a footprint."
One of BLM's customer banks told them about the reliable products and fine reputation that Digital Check has in the industry, prompting BLM to contact Digital Check, resulting in an agreement that was signed earlier this year. "BLM is very aggressive in the markets they serve. They are actively marketing our products," said Lori Boukas, marketing director for Digital Check. "We are working hand-in-hand with BLM, like we do with all of our partners, to provide marketing support tools and an open line of communications as to what's going on in the markets. We're happy to be positioned with BLM because they are very respected in the industry. We see a very significant increase in our TellerScan® brand of check scanners — and it's going to be big."
