BLM Technologies Signs Strategic Reseller Partnership Agreement with Pertech Resources, Inc.

MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 31, 2005 — Minneapolis based BLM Technologies, Inc. a single source provider of technology consulting and branch automation solutions and services for the retail banking industry announced a strategic reseller partnership with Riverton, Wyoming-based Pertech Resources Inc., a niche product manufacturer of impact and direct thermal and inkjet printers used in the banking market. BLM Technologies will market Pertech Resources, Inc.'s newest product, the 5300 Series inkjet teller transaction printer.
"Since the 5300's introduction in September, BLM Technologies has introduced the printer to a variety of its customers, so we are optimistic about the future of this partnership," said Kevin Kershisnik, president of Pertech Resources, Inc. "Both companies are dedicated to providing the best cost solution to the end user, and coupled with our products, will create a strong synergistic relationship."
The partnership with Pertech Resources, Inc. further expands BLM Technologies' ability to offer financial institutions highly customizable solutions that increase operational efficiency, productivity and profitability. Pertech Resources, Inc. also predicts that the alliance will enable the company to maintain its organic growth rate of 15 percent.
The 5300 Series teller transaction printers compliment the existing printer product line, the 4700, which has more than 200,000 installations in its 12 years on the market. The 5300 Series incorporates valuable features, such as a small footprint, standard USB and serial connectivity, fully automatic paper loading and a two-year warranty. It also has the lowest total cost of ownership of any transaction printer in its class.
