BLM Technologies Signs Strategic Reseller Partnership Agreement with CTS North America

MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 14, 2005 — Minneapolis-based BLM Technologies, Inc., a single source provider of technology consulting and branch automation solutions and services for the retail banking industry, announced a strategic reseller partnership with CTS North America. Atlanta-based CTS North America is a global desktop scanner manufacturer that has sold more than one million products since its inception 25 years ago.
The partnership agreement, signed last month, positions BLM Technologies as one of CTS North America's select group of key resellers spread across the continent's many regions. BLM Technologies will distribute CTS North America's desktop scanners, as well as provide technical support and maintenance for their customers.
"Everything we were looking for in a partner, we found in BLM," said Alex Trombetta, vice president of sales and business development for CTS North America. "They have extensive experience in this market, and we look forward to developing profitable businesses together."
BLM Technologies will distribute CTS North America's four models of desktop scanners, the LS 100, LS 200, LS 515 and LS 800. The models range from a simple teller station scanner to a back office machine capable of processing 200 documents per minute. The variety of options complements BLM Technologies' mission of finding the optimal machine to satisfy each customer's needs.
"Due to stricter desktop scanner requirements enforced under Check 21, the market is expanding rapidly," said Ron Meinhardt, president of BLM Technologies. "We will focus on distributing CTS' desktop scanners at present, and we envision expanding our relationship in the future."
