BLM acquires the former Kennsco organization from Wareforce
Minneapolis, MN — BLM Technologies, Inc. announced it has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the operating assets of the former Kennsco organization from Wareforce Incorporated effective November 2, 2001. Specifically, BLM acquired the on-site and depot repair services of the former Kennsco organization from Wareforce.
As part of the acquisition, all of the former Kennsco employees involved in the service delivery effort became employees of BLM. "The retention of the employees was a key part of the acquisition as it ensured a seamless transition for our customers" reported Ron Meinhardt, President of BLM. "We were able to secure the assignment of all of the major service agreements, which was key to our success."
