CSI partners with BLM Technologies in servicing teller printers and other peripherals. With over 20 years of repair depot experience, BLM understands the needs of our banks and provides an excellent level of service in their Advance Unit Exchange program. A bank notifies CSI and usually within the same day or next morning, an identical replacement device is shipped. The bank simply sends back the unit replaced in the same box using a UPS “call tag.” This service keeps the service cost down; improves hardware uptime; and is hassle free for the bank.
CSI also partners with BLM Technologies on some of their branch hardware fulfillment needs. BLM understands the peripheral market and consistently recommends the most cost effective approach when developing hardware recommendations. Their efficient ordering and tracking system ensures orders ship when needed by the bank. Their certified technicians always are available to assist in any support or installation needs.
